A few items of concern to make ordering a breeze!

 

Turnaround Time

Every event is different in the amount of items, type of paper, font, and starting date. However there are some general guidelines that will help get your items back in record time.

 

  • Items (15% extra included, see right) and completed guest list will arrive before my projected start date.
  • Include a check for half of your estimated bill.
  • Have your list typed. All handwritten lists will be subject to a $25 fee.
  • Alphabetize your list. Using Excell works the best. Just ask me how!
  • Write out all names and addresses the way you want them written, including state names, "road", "apartment" and anything else to show how you want it on the finished product. For example:

Important: Order Extras

The most important thing to do before ordering envelopes, place cards, etc. is to request 15% more than needed. The personal nature of calligraphy enables mistakes. Any part of your paper order that you want handwritten must have extras ordered.

 

Deposit

A $25 deposit is due to reserve time on my calendar for your event. It will go toward your final bill. Once the deposit is received and the space filled, the deposit is non-refundable. However, if you need to switch dates you may at no extra cost at any time if the dates are still available.

 

 

Shipping

All shipping costs are to be paid by the customer. Please be sure that your stationary arrives before the projected start date. All other shipping charges will be billed in your final invoice.
